The planner journal cover uses 8ply 100% conservation quality mat board that’s fade resistant and acid & lignin-free for a super sturdy notebook. The insert pages are 105gsm thick, smooth, off-white paper, pairing an undated weekly meal planner page with a perforated market list. Held together with 2:1 pitch bronze binding wire. Designed, printed and packaged in Lawrence, Kansas.
