This 15 oz strainer teapot is made with double-wall borosilicate glass. The double-wall glass keeps the tea hotter longer and does not sweat or leave marks on the counter. The teapot includes a stainless steel ultra-fine mesh strainer/lid. The strainer will filter the tea leaves. The teapot has plenty of room for the tea leaves or a teabag to bloom or steep. To use add the desired amount of tea and pour in hot water. Place the lid back on the teapot, let it steep for several minutes then pour it out and enjoy. This is a well-designed and functional glass teapot.
