The Trio is known for the patented two-way infuser filter. The first way to use the tumbler is to add tea into the two way filter, snap the filter shut, add hot water, put the lid back on, and turn the Trio upside down and let the tea steep. Once the tea is steeped you turn it back up and you can pop open the lid and drink from it. The tea leaves do not continue to infuse. Many customers will use the tea leaves more than once. Just add hot water and steep again. You can also use the Trio as a tea brewer. Put the tea leaves with hot water into the tumbler. Let it steep and then pour it into a mug. The two-way filter will not allow the tea leaves to exit into your drink. Great for travel, desk and sport.
